REMEMBER: if you can't make it, inform the EOPS/CARE office BEFORE each workshop date. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made after the workshop date. Failure to attend the CARE workshops will result in ineligibility for the CARE grant.
If you have not done so, please remember that all EOPS student must submit the following documents in order for C.A.R.E. status to be processed for fall 2009 semester:
- Agency certification form (2009-2010) to be completed and stamped by your EHSD Case worker.
