The college adheres to a policy of formally surveying every five (5) years all students, faculty, classified employees, and managers regarding satisfaction with services, instruction, facilities and college culture. Results from these surveys are analyzed for content and in most cases, if the same survey was previously used, results are compared and contrasted using a variety of parametric and non-parametric research designs for content analysis. Each of the surveys have been developed by the Research and Planning Committee, which oversees implementation of the design, delivery, and final analysis provided by the Research and Planning Office. The Research and Planning Office has made these surveys available to several other community colleges in the state for use on their respective campuses.
